In our store, you can safely use almost any bank card. Payment by bank card is provided by STRIPE. If you prefer PAYPAL, you also have the option.
SHIPPING
We deliver our products practically all over the world. In most cases, the delivery is sent with the fast and accurate FedEX service.
Free delivery to US, UK and EU member states! Shipping to all other countries is calculated based on the weight at checkout.
Delivery time
If you ordered a product in stock, we will send your package within 2 working days. If for some reason the desired product is not in stock, we will manufacture it within 1 week. Delivery time may vary by country. Delivery to US and UK territories takes 2-4 working days from dispatch, to EU countries 2-6 working days. Other international deliveries take 3-8 business days. As soon as your package has been shipped, we will send you the UPS tracking code.
Return Policy
You can return most items in new, unopened condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the cost of the return postage.
You should receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package. In many cases, you will also receive your refund faster. This period includes the delivery time it takes for the package to reach us, the time it takes us to process your return and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us. Include the order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will get back to you as soon as possible with return instructions.
